A commitment to remaining at the cutting edge of construction industry product development, to maintain a close understanding of market trends and needs and to always seek out innovative and cost effective solutions to the problems posed by each projects unique and individual requirements.
Background
Keelan Renovations was founded in 1992. At first, the company was commissioned for general contract carpentry work, usually
on commercial building projects. After being referred to a Heritage-listed project and then forming an alliance with Siteline
Projects, the focus of the business gradually shifted to more preservation and restoration work. Specific projects within this field included La Incontro restaurant in North Sydney (with its Heritage-listed slate roofing) to the Perpetual Trust building in Hunter
Street, CBD, which dates back nearly over 100 years. Due to a growing reputation for quality work in this specialty field, Keelan
Renovations received regular referrals, mostly within the geographic boundaries of Sydney’s lower north shore. Other building
works undertaken included general renovation work within the residential/domestic market, major renovations + smaller more specific building contracts to renew and modernise suburban homes in the Mosman area. |
